How do I become an Iron Cupcaker? Bakers are either invited, encouraged to join by friends and family or just show up to see one of our challenges. There is no age limit and anyone from surrounding areas can register to bake. Once the Secret Ingredient is announced, the baker has 4 weeks to develop and bake their interpretation of the challenge ingredient in the form of a cupcake. Just
